Writing and Illustrating for Young Readers

I haven't been able to post for a while. Freelance has been keeping me very very busy lately. I post more soon. Until then, here is some upcoming stuff. I've been asked to be a presenter at BYU's Writing and Illustrating for Young Readers conference. For more info visit their website here

Great as alway Guy! I really dig your style. So besides the childrens books, you're working strictly freelance from home or what?

Tanks Mel and Adrian.

Hans- I work full-time from my home studio. It keeps me extremely busy. I mostly do childen related stuff. I'm usually working on childrens books, but I also do a lot of young reader chapter books, book covers and stuff for the educational market with the occasional game or editorial squeezed in. It is fun.

Hey Guy!

I had a great time! It was great to finally meet you and learn from you, and yes, I did learn a lot! I loved looking at your originals and sketches to see how things all come together, and to see your thought process. Very inspiring.

Oh, and you will see a book from me soon, mark my words!

Thanks for a splendicious seminar!
