you've come a long way, baby...from way back in the day when you blushed and giggled when you even tried to draw a female torso.

by the way, thanks for drawing me on that mushroom!

Great stuff Guy. I really like seeing these.

Also, I must admit that I am jealous of your new studio, "sublevel 2". Presently I work out of the corner of a bedroom. I long for the day when I have a place that has some wiggle room.

Anyway, great blog. Thanks for sharing your awesome work.

I absolutely love these ladies! Especially the last with the elegant schnozz..

Do you happen to use colored pencils on your pieces after the acrylic phase?

I think the middle one looks like a teenaged version of your youngest daughter. .. get ready, it's not far away!

Great stuff...it's fun to stop by from time to time. Sub-level 2 looks divine.

What you call doodles, we call portraits. These are great as always. And thanks for the inspiration for my illustration friday post.

And I too am jealous of your studio. It's AWESOME!

The girl in the mushroom is beautiful, I love the pose.
I notice you are involved in the BYU Writing and Illustrating for Young Readers Workshop in June.
Are demos…sketch to finish…included in your workshops?
I'd appreciate any information beyond what I’ve read on the web page announcement.
